Created by Jacques Guerlain in 1906, Après L'Ondée is a celebration of fine weather after the rain. A bouquet of powdery flowers. Jacques Guerlain orchestrated his floral note around violet, iris and vanilla notes. Designed by George Chevalier, its mythical "inverted heart" bottle is enhanced by graceful scrolls characteristic of Art Nouveau. A true technical feat, its avant-garde stopper in the shape of a hollow heart evokes the delicate romanticism of this monument of perfumery.
