The story of Zadig & Voltaire is the story of one man: Thierry Gillier. This passionate lover of literature decided to open his first multi-brand boutique in the 1990s. To pay homage to one of his favourite books, he chose to name his store Zadig. It was not until 1997 that his brand took the name we know today: Zadig & Voltaire. Steeped in elegance, the brand is considered one of the first to have successfully positioned itself in the accessible luxury sector.
