Secure Payments

Payment by credit card is processed via the secure platform of LCL bank. Exchanges are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which guarantees the confidentiality of information transmitted during the transaction. At no point does the customer's financial information pass through the Tendance Parfums computer system.

3D Secure

In addition to SSL encryption, the payment module incorporates the 3D Secure process. This technology adds an authentication step: your bank may ask you to confirm your identity via a code received by SMS or through your banking application.

Accepted payment methods

Orders are payable in full on the day the order is placed. Two payment methods are available:

• Credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard and e-Carte Bleue.
• PayPal, including payment in 4 instalments with PayPal where offered by PayPal for your order.

Payment collection

Payment is authorised at the time the order is confirmed; actual collection takes place shortly afterwards, within a few days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has been validated.
