Returns and Refunds

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. For hygiene and safety reasons, items returned opened, damaged or soiled cannot be accepted back.

2. How to return an item

The process is straightforward:

Log in to your customer account, under « My orders », and select the order then the item or items you wish to return. You may also contact our Customer Service.
After paying the return costs online, a prepaid Colissimo return label will be sent to you by e-mail.
Drop off your parcel at a Colissimo drop-off point. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

3. Return costs

In the event of withdrawal, the return costs, amounting to 7,50 €, remain the responsibility of the Customer.

If the return is due to an error on our part or to a defective or incorrect item with respect to your order, the return costs are borne entirely by Tendance Parfums and will be refunded to you in addition.

4. Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, you will be refunded to the payment method used at the time of the order, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned items.
