Free delivery to a collection point from 60€ spent

Tendance Parfums offers two carriers — Colissimo (La Poste) and Mondial Relay — with home delivery or collection point options, both in France and across Europe. You choose your delivery method at the time of ordering.

The free delivery threshold is based on the basket total, excluding delivery charges.

Colissimo Point Relais : 5,50€ — free from 60€ spent.
Mondial Relay Point Relais : 4,50€ — free from 60€ spent.
Colissimo Domicile : 7,50€ — reduced to 2,00€ from 60€ spent.
Colissimo Domicile avec signature : 9,50€ — reduced to 4,00€ from 60€ spent.
Mondial Relay Europe : 7,00€.
Colissimo International : 12,00€.

Home delivery

Your parcel is delivered to the address of your choice by La Poste, with or without signature depending on the option selected. If you are not home, a calling card will be left in your letterbox, allowing you to choose a new delivery date or collect your parcel from the nearest post office.

Collection point delivery

You select your collection point at the time of ordering, from post offices and retailers in the Pickup network, or from an automated locker accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be notified that your parcel is ready for collection by e-mail and SMS. The parcel will be held for approximately ten working days; after this period, it will be returned to us.

Mondial Relay

Delivery to the Mondial Relay collection point of your choice, in France and in several European countries. You will be notified by e-mail and SMS as soon as your parcel is available for collection.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery within France then takes, as a guide, 2 to 4 working days for home delivery and 3 to 5 working days to a collection point or locker.

Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Monaco, Belgium, and the European Union. Delivery times may be slightly longer for destinations outside mainland France.
