CK One by Calvin Klein Calvin Klein, American designer and stylist, pioneer in the world of simple and elegant prêt-à-porter, diversified his activity by presenting in 1978 the first women's fragrance of the brand. The CK One collection came to life in 1994 with the unisex fragrance of the same name, which would go on to become the most iconic of the brand. A true symbol of the 90s, CK One is characterised by a tantalising and authentically sexy simplicity that fits into an emblematic and timeless trend. Its minimalist and modern bottle is dressed in polished, transparent glass, with an aluminium cap that evokes an elegantly provocative flask. From its very launch, CK One established itself as a fragrance for men and women alike, with communication strongly focused on gender equality. The rather daring advertising campaigns feature young men and women of all convictions and nationalities, with an explicit slogan: «we are one», as a tribute to community, the symbol of the clan, and the image of any generation. Described as pure, fresh and airy, the olfactory composition of CK One was entrusted to the great Spanish perfumer Alberto Morillas, who is behind some of the greatest successes in perfumery. To preserve this idea of freshness and to offer a fragrance that suits both men and women equally, the scent belongs to the hesperidic-aromatic family. It opens with top notes of bergamot, lemon and mandarin, scents that are very characteristic of masculine Eau de Cologne. The heart, composed of jasmine, rose, lily of the valley and iris, adds a definite touch of femininity and delicacy. The base, highly aromatic, revolves around notes of cedar, sandalwood and oakmoss.
