« A playful and smiling fragrance, brightened with flowers, red fruits and wood. » Jean-Claude Ellena A symbol of free and modern femininity, Amazone draws inspiration from the mythical Amazons who, according to legend, reigned on the shores of the Black Sea. Composed in 1974 by Maurice Maurin and orchestrated around the blackcurrant bud, the fragrance is a green floral harmony, where jonquils, narcissi, galbanum, red fruits and vetiver play off one another.
