For this new masculine Eau de toilette, the perfumers were given the freedom to select the finest raw materials.

Christine Nagel et Mathilde Bijaoui, two women, two noses, have composed this new fragrance imbued with assured masculinity. A highly virile perfume, in which two beautiful perfumery raw materials come together, yet with refined elegance and an evident, bewitching floral touch of violet. Deceptively understated, the violet reveals itself here in leaves and flowers.
Among the selected woods stands a prince, a king: the coveted oud, mythical oriental and sensual, whose resinous balsamic emanations lend a smoky, sensual and carnal facet.

In the opening, the freshness of bergamot sparkles. Then a medley of spices supports the woody note: saffron, pepper leaf and a captivating, intriguing «jungle essence» of pepper. In the base, balsamic notes of cistus and musks settle in to affirm a sensual softness.

Its name suggests that it is a fragrance as a Hommage à René Lalique, the founder of the Cristalerie Lalique.

For the glass bottle, the house chose, in collaboration with designer Thierry de Baschmakoff (Aesthete), to work with glass in a pure, simple and geometric abstraction. A beautiful mise en abyme of the motif from the Duncan bathroom accessories collection created by René Lalique in 1931. The verticality of the bottle, the multiplication of its lines, all
this sober Art Déco geometry accentuates the masculine character
of the bottle. On the cap, a pictogram features the swallow logo that Lalique has chosen as its emblem.

The box plays on affirmed masculinity with the choice of a sober
brown tone, dressed with a glossy varnish that echoes the bottle's frame. A silver hot-stamped plate effect adds the name Hommage à l'homme. With elegance, a band adorns the box.
