1) APPLY
Warm a hazelnut-sized amount of the Youth Oil-in-Balm and apply with both hands, gliding along the jawline from the chin towards the ears.
Repeat the movement along the cheekbones, starting from the bridge of the nose towards the temples.
Move up along the forehead to the hairline then trace a wide circle around the eyes.

2) SMOOTH
To relax the forehead muscles, perform a deep horizontal smoothing movement from the left temple to the right temple, starting with the fingertips then with the palm.

3) LIFT
To reshape the facial oval and lift the cheekbones in a single slow and deep movement.
Begin with hands joined under the chin and slide them along each side of the jaw.
Move up along the temples with the palms of the hands to perform a deep smoothing movement
Complete the movement with a smoothing gesture using the palms across the forehead.
