1. Relax the forehead and frown lines:
Vertical smoothing: Using both thumbs (one after the other), smooth the skin from bottom to top. Horizontal smoothing: Using the index and middle fingers, make movements perpendicular to the wrinkle to smooth it.

2. Smooth crow's feet: start on the right side. Using the fingertips of the index and middle fingers of each hand, make small movements perpendicular to the crow's feet wrinkles, upward and downward simultaneously, as if to spread them apart and blur them. Repeat the same gesture on the left side.

3. Drain: using the index and middle fingers, smooth the eye contour with horizontal movements outward, alternating both hands. Repeat the entire gesture on the other side.
