To sculpt your body as you have decided, apply morning and evening to the areas concerned until fully absorbed, following the application gestures below:

1. Stimulate the skin before applying the product:

• Perform toning pinches with your fingertips on the areas concerned.
• With both hands, fists closed, perform rapid and intense back-and-forth movements from top to bottom.

2. Apply the product to sculpt the silhouette:

• On the legs, buttocks and hips: perform dynamic and intense pressure movements with both hands, moving upwards to the groin fold to stimulate drainage.
• On the abdomen and waist: perform deep circular movements with your fingertips, one hand on top of the other, clockwise over a radius of 5 to 10 cm around the navel.
• On the upper arms: perform dynamic and intense upward pressure movements with one hand, moving up to the armpit fold.

Allows you to get dressed very quickly after application.
