Gently and slowly, 1 minute twice a day, morning and evening :
1. Start at the tips and work progressively up towards the roots.
2. With your head down, brush from the nape of the neck towards the forehead, then from the sides towards the top of the head.
Finish by brushing from the forehead towards the nape of the neck.
