Perfumer Alberto Morillas made an essential contribution to the creation of the fragrance by discovering Goldenwood, the natural extract of the Nootka cypress, in the archives of the Royal Botanical Gardens, beneath a glass bell jar. Combined with the special leather accord Woodleather, he made this extract the foundation of the Eau de Parfum Spray Gucci Guilty Pour Homme Absolute. What is particularly pleasant for the wearer is that Gucci's Absolute does not change after its first application.
