Unscrew the cap-applicator and apply a thin layer wherever skin needs it.

Screw the cap back on, then moisten the applicator.

Massage in circular motions for 15 to 30 seconds. A slight warming sensation will be felt.

Re-moisten if necessary.

Rinse skin with water, then moisturise.
