1.Shake the bottle before each use to activate the formula and blend the two phases into a homogeneous solution.
2.Apply Bi-Facil Clean & Care to a cotton pad and place it on each closed eye.
3.Leave the soaked cotton pad for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup, then gently sweep over the eyelids to remove the makeup.
