1. TONE: Using the edge of the index fingers, make friction movements from top to bottom on the sides of the nose, along the nasolabial fold. Stretch from the fold outwards towards the ears, always using the edge of the index fingers.

2. LIFT: Slide the flat palms of the hands along each side of the jaw, starting from the bottom of the chin towards the ears.
