Neroli, an absolute derived from the distillation of the peel and leaves of the bitter orange tree, brings a sun-drenched freshness. This continues in its heart with the addition of orange blossom, which paves the way for the powdery nobility of an enormous bouquet of iris and heliotrope. Finally, all the sensuality of La Fille de L’Air Iris explodes in its base, combining the tenderness of white musk, the creaminess of tonka bean, and the assertive character of cedarwood.

Everything is housed in the iconic flacon of the Courrèges collection. This bottle has been part of the house since 1971, with the creation of the perfume Empreinte. Consisting of a cylindrical base topped with an oversized sphere as a cabochon, it is a timeless piece that one never tires of rediscovering. For La Fille de L’Air Iris, it was entirely reimagined in a transparent turquoise hue that one cannot quite say belongs more to the earth or to the sky.
