Loyalty Account

A loyalty account is created automatically when you register. It allows you to accumulate points with each order and convert them into discount vouchers.

How does it work ?

• You earn 1 point per euro spent (VAT-inclusive basket total, rounded).
• 1 point is worth 0,05€, which is the equivalent of 5 % of your purchases.
• Your points convert into discount vouchers at set thresholds: 5€, 10€, 20€, 30€, 50€ and 70€.
• Points are valid for 5 months from the date they are earned; the oldest points are used first.

You can check your loyalty account balance at any time in your customer area, under the “My Loyalty Account” section. The discount voucher is applied to your next order.

Referral Programme

Refer your friends and family and earn points ! From your customer area, under the “Referral” tab, enter the e-mail address of the person you wish to refer. They will receive an invitation to confirm.

Upon your referee's first order, if the product total exceeds 60€ (excluding delivery charges), you will receive 8€ credited to your loyalty account (160 points), valid for 3 months. The credit is applied automatically.

The referee must be a new customer; the same e-mail address may only be referred once. You can track the status of your referrals directly under the “Referral” tab in your customer area.
