Warm a hazelnut-sized amount of cream between your fingertips and apply simultaneously with both hands.
Glide along the jaw from the chin towards the ears, from the bridge of the nose towards the temples, from between the eyebrows towards the hairline, then glide vertically towards the temples.
Draw a large circle around the eyes.
Apply a little product on and under the nose.
Using the fingertips of the right hand, start under the chin and follow the jawbone to the left ear. Then glide gently down the neck to the décolleté.
Repeat with the left hand on the right side. With each movement, take a deep breath in, and accompany the exhale with a gentle press at the end of the movement.
