1. SCULPT: Place the right thumb under the right ear and position the bent right index finger under the chin, like a hook. With the index finger, perform deep smoothing strokes under the jaw, from the chin towards the ear. Repeat this smoothing gesture on the facial oval, the cheeks, the cheekbones and the crow's feet.

2. LIFT THE NECK & DÉCOLLETÉ: Bend the fingers and place the fist under the jaw. Slowly and with firm pressure, smooth using the knuckles downwards along the neck. Perform this movement across the entire neck, then the décolleté. By intensely stimulating the muscles of these areas, the deep smoothing strokes lift and smooth away lines.
