1-MINUTE MASSAGE TECHNIQUES:

STEP 1 - Face and neck
- Apply to 6 areas (both cheeks, the nose, the forehead, the chin and the neck) and allow the serum to absorb into the skin.
- Perform circular movements to work the serum into the neck.

STEP 2 - Jawline
-Gently tuck in your chin and hold the lower jaw between thumb and index finger.
-Applying pressure, slide your fingers upward along the jawline, starting at the chin and finishing below the ears. (Repeat 3 times)

STEP 3 - Smile lines
-Hold four fingers together, placing the index finger along the smile lines.
-Move towards the temples, opening the smile lines, with palms flat on the cheeks and lift. (Repeat 3 times)
Finish by gently pressing the temples
